What ARE these flashes?
The uploader, Kei Sugimoto, describes the video: “Footage I filmed of the World Trade Center collapsing on 9/11/2001. Filmed from the roof of 64 St Marks Place in NYC on a Sony VX2000 with teleconverter. For historical archival purposes only.”
According to a comment he left under the video, Sugimoto rediscovered the footage when cleaning out a closet.
In the video, several flashes are visible as the South Tower begins to be ripped apart. At this time, we at AE911Truth are not making any claims about the cause of these flashes (they could simply be the result the of sunlight reflecting off broken windows and metal), but as researchers, we feel that it’s important that every curious detail be noted and studied.
For years, AE911Truth has also been keeping a record of flashes — noted by our staff and supporters — that can be seen coming from WTC 7 as it descends. They are meticulously highlighted in the following video.

The Scientific Integrity Act would not only require that scientific reports issued by federal agencies be accurate, but it would give all citizens legal standing to challenge inaccurate reports in court.
